Join us Thursday evening, August 21 from 7-8:30pm as we welcome Mike Vaughn, who is the Executive Director of an organization in Nashville called Bethesda Workshops. Mike is an accomplished business leader and therapist; specializing in the areas of sex addiction recovery, intensive therapy, marriage therapy and trauma. Mike co-founded SureHope Counseling & Training Center (a large outpatient group practice) in Charlotte, NC, and has over 20 years of experience as a therapist.
Coming from his expertise and experience as a therapist and his grounding in the Gospel, Mike will help us consider what it means to be on the path to sexual wholeness and how there is hope for healing and recovery in the ways we find ourselves in unhealthy intimacy patterns.
This will be our fourth seminar hosted by the Recovery ministry- open to all inside and outside of our community- to encourage, educate and engage through teaching and discussion. And for those who seek further growth and community, we will offer applications for our next round of Midtown Recovery Groups (launching again this fall).
