General Description:

This position will provide support to the Operations team of Midtown Fellowship by handling the day-to-day operations of the office spaces located at 12 South and Granny White. If you like details and a variety of tasks each week, this job is for you!


The Office Manager will work in a movement-wide capacity, supplying and supporting the functions of the Operations team. Operations is the administrative engine of the Midtown movement. Operations provides administrative, logistical and operational resources for all Midtown congregations.


  • Work under the direct supervision of the Chief Operating Officer (Julie Gilpin)
  • Co-labor with Operations team
  • The position is 20 hours a week in the 12 South office
  • Availability on occasional evenings and weekends

General Responsibilities:

  • Office Management – manage office inbox, greet visitors, answer phone, receive deliveries, complete debit and expense forms, assist in onboarding new employees, maintain employee intranet 
  • Office Maintenance – do shopping and run errands, manage supplies for workrooms and facilities, maintain organization and cleanliness of workrooms, take out recycling
  • Sunday Prep – prepare supplies for Sunday mornings, email setup team leads, order and purchase communion supplies
  • Coffee – maintain relationship with coffee vendor, order and grind coffee weekly, maintain inventory of coffee supplies
  • Facilities – create and approve room reservations for all facilities, manage facilities projects alongside Facilities Coordinator
  • Technology – order computers and tech equipment, printer maintenance and troubleshooting, internet service maintenance and troubleshooting, setup computers, install software, administrate Google Workspace, administer and maintain data in church management software
