This position will provide support to the operations team of Midtown Fellowship.


Will work in a movement wide capacity, supplying and supporting the functions of the Operations team. Operations is the administrative engine of the Midtown movement. Operations provides administrative, logistical and operational resources for all Midtown congregations


  • Work under the direct supervision of the Chief Operating Officer (Julie Gilpin)
  • Co-labor with Operations team
  • The position is 20 hours a week in the 12 South office
  • Availability on occasional evenings and weekends

General Responsibilities:

  • Greet office visitors/appointments, show to correct office and receiving all deliveries 
  • Debits and Expenses for Operations team
  • Preparing documents when needed (printing, cutting, folding)
  • Answer & follow-up phone calls and emails (manage office inbox)
  • Weekly shopping and running errands (picking up supplies for Sunday, purchasing office supplies, etc)
  • Managing supply (stocking), orders and inventory for offices and facilities
  • Maintaining organized workrooms and kitchen in all offices
  • Placing food orders for events, meetings, and Sunday teams
  • Taking out recycling
  • Order coffee for all congregations and manage relationship with coffee vendor
  • Preparing supplies for Sunday mornings & emailing setup leads (grinding coffee, worship cards etc.)
  • Order and purchase communion supplies for the first Sunday of each month
  • Cleaning (laundry & dishes) and organization of various storage & supply areas
  • Various other projects
