Are you ever nervous to identify yourself as a Christian? Sometimes that insecurity has a lot to do with our lack of confidence in what the Bible actually teaches on difficult topics and our doubt that what it teaches is actually good news in the first place. These workshops are designed to strengthen your own conviction about what scripture teaches and to help you see the beauty of it.
In our first workshop, we processed gender through the lens of the Biblical narrative: creation, fall, redemption, and restoration. In this next workshop, we’ll apply these truths to our current cultural context and ongoing conversations on the topic. This will include more specifics about how a Biblical view of gender gets worked out in the church, in the world, and in our lives. Join us at 7pm on February 17!
